The PC needs Internet Explorer Version 6, a soundcard and be able to access the Internet for 5 minutes a day.A cable will be run from the PC sound card to the phone system. The OnLine On Hold program will have no impact on the day to day running of the PC.

Q. Is there any risk of viruses?

A. The OnLine On Hold system uses http to transfer files from their secure website. The software will automatically download any new productions from this website, so it’s as safe as looking at Google! MP3 files are not “pushed” into the Network at all.

Q. How do I change my messages?

A. Email the new information to OnLine On Hold and the production studio will produce them and they be automatically downloaded onto your system in 30 minutes!

Q. Stopping a Promotion

A. If promoting a date specific event, that promotion can be programmed to end at a time or day you choose. If you need to delete a specific message at any time, email OnLine On Hold and within 30 minutes this will cease playing – at all sites! All other messages will be joined together seamlessly. With OnLine On Hold you can now promote date specific events, relaxing in the knowledge that once the event is over, the promotion will not continue playing.
